At Milkbar Breastpumps, we prioritize your health and hygiene; while we offer returns on unworn apparel within 30 days, please note that breast pumps and intimate accessories must remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
